Express notice of assessment received for tax return filed prior to April 30 stated payment due date of May 27, 2024. Can you confirm this is correct?

CRA website only lists payment deadline of April 30. I can't find any reference to a May 27 date other than on the express NOA.

The deadline to pay your 2023 taxes is April 30, 2024. The CRA will charge interest on any outstanding balance starting May 1, 2024, until your balance is paid in full.

Both the express and now the full Notice of Assessment from Bob Hamilton state that May 27 payment due date.

Is there some new CRA regulation that grants an extra payment window?

No, the payment due date is April 30th, 2024. Unless you made arrangements with the CRA on how and when you will pay what is owed.
