I did the basic service, popups kept comign on my screen for enhanced services for an extra cost. I kept saying no, but at the end I saw an extra $50 premium service charge. It did nothelp me in any way, my return was as basic as can be. I went through with it anyways since i had alrteady put in the time and didnt want to start over. Is there any way I can be refunded the extra $50?
