Having difficulty with file transfer from last year. Go through the sign in (even though already signed in) and it just takes me back to main page. How do I get to work

2022 online version.  If I say no to file transfer, I have to start all over.  How do I get file transfer to work?

    If you have bought TurboTax Desktop, please download and run the installation file. You'll be asked to log in and enter your licence code during installation. Please see this TurboTax FAQ for more information on the licence code: Where is my TurboTax licence code? You can download the current version of TurboTax Desktop edition here:  Choose the 2024 TurboTax edition you need (for Windows).
