Hello, i dont understand why im required to use self-employed insteaf of Premier. I dont work as a self-employed, i dont own a business.

It all depends on what type of slips you input. 

TurboTax Premier is suited for tax payer with rental properties, Investments and pension income slips. 

TurboTax self-employment is suited for tax payer with more detailed business expenses. 

We would recommend TurboTax Online Self-Employed or TurboTax CD/Download Home & Business, for anyone who has specific business income/expenses as they are customized for self-employment/business income. However you can still use Premier, as it still contains the forms and information that you need, just not the full step by step guidance that Self-Employed or Home & Business have. You can always upgrade if you need it later.
