How can I install my Turbotax on MAC, when I've already purchased the software? Turbotax is offering no support.

I purchased and downloaded the EXE file (as TurboTax did not give me an option between MAC or PC), but I cannot use the software for MAC as the download is ONLY an .exe file. I tried to get a refund, but Turbotax is giving me no option to connect with a representative.

Unfortunately, TurboTax Desktop is only compatible with Windows 10/11, and won’t work on a Mac. However, you can use TurboTax Online with Mac OS computers.
