How do I access my 2023 return that has already been filed? It is not in my turbotax account.

I can see my filed returns for 2021 and 2022 in "access your filed returns", and in "continue your return" I can see one that is almost done but not filed. I just need to access it to get a copy of my full T1 general. When I go to the one that is almost done it is asking me to pay for it again before I can save that. Help please!

Are you attempting to view your tax return for 2023? or looking to get a T1 general for 2021 and 2022?

Have you previously paid for the return for which you have been asked to pay again?

Thank you for your reply! I am trying to view my 2023 tax return, specifically the T1 general. Yes I paid for it(the self employed version for me and my spouse) and submitted it and even have my notice of assessment from it on my CRA account. Its not viewable like my 2022 and 2021 returns are and I have no idea where it went! I had called the turbotax help people and the ladies there also had no idea where it was.

@heart-ginger13 Do you have another account using a different email address? Or maybe your 2023 return was done on your spouse's account?

If you login directly to 2023, is your return there? You can login to TurboTax Canada Online 2023 here: https://ww1.2023.ca.turbotaxonline.intuit.com/
