Question

How do i report Crypto gains/losses. i have quite a few transactions all over the place and I have reports about it ready

    You can enter them on the Capital Gains page in TurboTax Desktop.

     

    In the Capital Gains section, check off " Sold stocks, bonds, cryptocurrency/token transactions, real estate or other capital property ". Then continue to the Stock Sales and Other Property Profile for 2024 page. There, you can select "Sold cryptocurrency, security tokens, non-fungible tokens (NFTs), utility tokens, or other virtual currencies” and then continue to that page. 

     

    If you have a lot of transactions, you can try to group them together and just put in the totals.
