You don't need to create a T4 for your self-employment income. You just need to fill out a T2125 Statement of Business or Professional Activities.

Besides, you would have had to run payroll for the year, before you can create a T4.

My retired accountant filed T4's in the past. Hence, there is a Payroll account.

So I need to know how to create a T4 using Turbo Tax?

You can't create T4 slips in TurboTax. You can only enter amounts from existing T4 slips as part of filling out your income tax return.

You would need to use a program like QuickBooks to create T4 slips.
