I can not fill at TurboTax 2023

Hi,

I can not fill my return 2023.

I can not see any lock before I use Turbo2022 and Turbo 2021.

How can I cancel the lock in navigator.

TurboTax CD or Download Standard

You are seeing new information for this tax season. Scroll down and choose your province then Continue at the bottom of the screen. You will be led through an interview which is collecting your information to enter in your return. When you are done the interview part and Profile, the menu items will be unlocked.

I have finished the PROFILE part, but it is still not unlocked as you can see from the attached picture.

Please continue to answer the questions through the interview and you will soon reach the next part where all will be unlocked.
