I cant open my turbo tax download

Those answers dont help

First uninstall the software on your computer then please go to our TurboTax Desktop page, scroll down to get the version of the software you have already bought.

I bought 2024 Turbo 8 Return on Amazon. It downloaded but I cannot open the program. When I click on the download to open, I just get a Word document. Entering anything on the document just takes me to another purchase page.
