Question

I changed my computer and I went back to do 2018 tax that was in progress and TurboTax doesn't let me do it.

    Are you using TurboTax CD/Download or TurboTax Online?

     

    If you are using TurboTax Online, please make sure you are logging into the website for 2018: TurboTax Online 2018 Sign In

     

    If you are using TurboTax CD/Download, then you would need to install the program on the new computer. You can download the installer for 2018 from this TurboTax FAQ: Where can I download the CD/download edition of TurboTax?

    I used Turbo Tax Online. I re-did the taxes all over again but I clicked on free advise from tax specialist and I am back to square one. I can't go back to the the info I submitted. I have been using Turbo Tax for years and I don't understand anything anymore.
