I have a new computer, How can I re-install Impot Turbot 2022 and trace my tax report already sent ?

    You can download older versions of TurboTax CD/Download in French here: https://turboimpot.community.intuit.ca/turbotax-support/fr-ca/help-article/download-products/puis-telecharger-turboimpot-cd-telechargement/L8NgOJdEs_CA_fr_CA?uid=luodnz7z

     

    To open your 2022 return on your new computer, you would have to copy the file .tt22 file from your old computer onto an external or cloud drive, then copy it to your new computer.

    Thank you for the answer however I do not have my old computer anymore because I couldn’t turn it on anymore

    Unfortunately, TurboTax CD/Download only saves to your computer and not our servers, so we don't have copies of your return files.
