Where can I GIVE HER income and claim this exspense

If you are using TurboTax Online:

When starting the return, complete the initial Personal info interview.
On the Tell us about your dependants screen, enter the info for your daughter and select Continue.
Complete the Personal info interview. This unlocks the Tax home screen.
From the Tax home screen, select Deductions, then Additional Dependant Information.
On the Tell us about your dependants screen, you can enter her details.
