Question

I purchased the Intuit turbotax Deluxe edition Online at Costco. Following the procedure to install on my laptop, no where I am asked to enter the activation code. Why?

Step one: visit turbotax.ca/activate. Step 2: create or sign in. Step 3: activate the Turbotax software with the 16 digit code. I never get to that step after step 2.

    You should see the box right on the activation page. Try logging into TurboTax Online 1st, and then go to the activation page.
