I request a refund for the amount paid on April 09, 2023 for tax live assistance and review Premier Primary TY22. 3 appointments were not respected by your services ?

I had no excuses, no explanation, no emails, nothing from Intuit.. Please refund immediately or I will follow up with small claims court.
