I selected the Deluxe pkg for my tax return & you have charged me for higher priced pkg. can this be changed, please?

    Ensure that you are still using a Deluxe version or that you have selected an upgrade and are in a different version. If that's the case, you might have to start a new return, as once it is upgraded, it cannot be downgraded. Make sure not to accept any upgrades to prevent a similar scenario.
