Question

I sold my permanent residence in 2024. I had lived their for 8 years. It was not a flip situation. Why do I need to upgrade my turbo tax to premium?

    We understand you want to declare the sale of your primary residence. In TurboTax Online, the premier version is required to declare the disposing of your principal residence even though there are no capital gains.
