I used TurboTax online for income tax for 2020, but I didn't get tax return yet for 2020. why the process time so long, can you please help, thank you very much!

I checked the CRA  my file , it have no record , the mean you didn't send for me. It was possible?

    How do I know if my return was filed using NETFILE and received by the CRA?
    If you have already filed online, there is a possibility to receive it in less than 2 weeks.
