Question

I was overpaid in Government French learning grants in 2021. Thus, last year, in 2022, I had to make a reimbursement back to them. How to claim this negative income?

I have a got a letter including one page to attach with federal and one for page to attach with provincial tax return of 400$ that I paid back. However, nowhere in my tax return, TurboTax gave me the option to enter this amount.
