Please tell me why i was quoted $19.99 when i began but am now being billed $79.99 ?

    Please verify on the payment page, as it will indicate the version of the software or services being charged for. The added cost may be for an upgrade (Assist & Review) or a joint spousal return which would be a charge for a second return.
