Question about Carbon Rebate

Hey guys sorry I feel silly for asking this but the way this question is worded confuses me so bad. I live in Mississauga, what do I enter for the Carbon Rebate question? 

For 2024, did you live outside of the following census metropolitan areas, and do you expect to continue to reside outside

the same census metropolitan areas by April 1, 2025: Barrie, Belleville-Quinte West, Brantford, Greater Sudbury,

Guelph, Hamilton, Kingston, Kitchener-Cambridge-Waterloo, London, Oshawa, the Ontario part of Ottawa-Gatineau

Peterborough, St. Catharines-Niagara, Thunder Bay, Toronto and metropolitan area, or Windsor? 

I live in Missisauga, google says I would qualify why is Turbotax sounding like I don't qualify? 

Mississauga is outside of Toronto?
