Received an email to get discounted price for 2022 TurboTax but deleted in error.

Unfortunately, we can’t resend the email. However, you may want to check with your bank or other financial institutions as they sometimes offer a discount on TurboTax to their clients. Some employers also offer a discount, particularly ride-share type companies.

My husband and I both purchased the Premier Tax Package. We received emails offering 20% discount on this package but the discount was not applied to our accounts. Tried entering, "SAVE 20%" into the code box but it wouldn't accept it. There was no other code available. Even though Turbotax is our preferred tax program we were a bit disappointed that this discount would be offered but not applied.
