Turbo Tax accepting T3 Capital Gain but not allocating for taxes?

I entered a t3 slip with capital gain and it didn't allocate half for taxes.

 

When is this going to be fixed?  

 

I want to netfile and if I over write the box that needs the capital gains amount I cant netfile.
