Question

When I clicked on Start a New Return, it is starting from scratch. How can I roll last year's return forward?

The program will not allow me to proceed without assistance. I don't require it this year, but seem trapped, unless I completely start over.

    Hi @macintyre143  

    At the beginning of your return the software will ask you how you did your return last year and when you answer that question, if you used the same software, the transfer of last year's information will now be done. Note if you used Online last year and Desktop/Download this year the transfer will not be available as the files are not compatible.
