When I go directly to the CRA site, I can use my BC Services card app to log into my account. Why can't I do that to autofill Turbotax?

I can log into my account using my BC Services Card App to authenticate if I go to the CRA website. But when I try to get Turbotax to autofill, there is no option to use the app to log in.

Yes, you can use your BC services card app to log into your CRA account through Auto-Fill. - Please follow these steps: Click on Sign into CRA, once there scroll all the way down past options 1 and 2- and click on "CRA sign-in services". Next you will click on "My Account" then scroll down until you see "Provincial Partner Sign In" then choose BC.

I noticed the same thing this year. The option is there if I go directly to the CRA website or if I go in through my BC Services card but when I'm trying to file my taxes, there is no link to use the services cards from Alberta or BC. It was a big pain in the butt and took me 4 hours to file online because of it.
