Why am i receiving emails to my previous from intuit.ca?

Hello, I regret that the reply did not solve my problem (perhaps I did not define it adequately). I’ll try again:

• I am receiving emails to my new (correct) address [email address removed] from you: TurboTax Community [email address removed]
• In April, I received emails to my old (incorrect) address [email address removed] confirming my tax filings (TurboTax - Your NETFILE confirmation) from:  [email address removed]
• Your email is addressed to “taxfundi”? It’s been a number of years since I’ve used that name, and I no longer have the password for that account.

I appreciate your help - I look forward to the solution.

I plan to terminate my old [email address removed] address as soon as I no longer get emails to that address, particularly intuit.ca.
