Why are turbo tax only giving a 15% discount through scotiabank when the scotiabank site says 20%

The Turbo tax online people can't help you at all. I wasted 45 minutes of time

Thank you for sharing that you received the 20% off link. Did you happen to click on it to start your income tax return?

Yes. I have multiple times but instead of 20% off the discount is 15%. My self employment return should be $48 with the 20% but instead I’m being charged $51. I have logged out and tried logging in via the Scotiabank offer link and it still does not apply.
