why doesn't my downloaded version of turbotax 2022 open on my desktop PC computer?

I paid for turbotax standard 8 returns and downloaded it but it wont open when I click on it. I've tried restarting my computer, running as administrator and uninstalling and reinstalling turbotax. Why isn't it working?
