Hello, I’m withdrawing a large sum of money out of my 403B for an investment propriety (wise choice, we shall see)  at the 10% penalty. I’m very nervous this will kick me into the large tax bracket of the 32% tax rate. Does this mean I have to 32% on my entire taxable income? I don’t want to owe the government a huge sum of money at the end of the year when I’m already purchasing a new home, paying the penalty, and taking this financial risk in the first place! Please help! Are there things I can do to avoid going into the next tax bracket if I will end up owing a ton on money in taxes? Thank you 🙂

No. The top bracket is your marginal rate. See here how your income is taxed.
