Divorced in 2019, do I claim home loans?

I was divorced in 2019, ex bought me out of my portion of the house and refinanced into his name.  Do I still claim that I paid against a home loan since I lived there for half of the year?

    If your name was on the loan and you made the payments, you are entitled to claim the home mortgage interest deduction.

     

    You can't both claim it.  If you do, you may get some correspondence from the IRS.
