How to file properly my tax return if I am self-employed and I have W2 form and I want to buy a house

Not sure what wanting to buy a house has to do with it. You must enter your self-employment income and you MUST enter your business expenses on a schedule C---you cannot skip entering the expenses to make your income look better to a lender. And you must enter your W-2 in Federal > Wage & Income
