My DTI shows a 100% because of a mortgage that I don't have

Hello,

My DTI is showing 100.000 in a mortgage which I don't have. Where is this information pulled from? What should I do to get it fixed?

    call the servicer that is reporting it and try to understand why it's occurring.....

     

    the mortgage servicer reports the information to the credit bureau
