I just built my credit an have never owned a home do they have loans where you don’t have to put nothing down ?

    check with a local mortgage broker for the latest programs.

     

     

    Lender like you to have 'skin in the game', even FHA has historically required 3% down. 

     

     

    also, strongly suggest taking a local 'buying a home' course.  Most banks can steer you toward free classes.

    Look into your State, County, and City programs. Some areas offer assistance for first time home buyers to cover the down payment and closing costs. Also, neither VA or USDA loans require a down payment, although they of course have other restrictions.
