My credit score a year ago when I bought my house granted me a high 5.675% loan. Since then my score has risen to 747 and I’d like to look in to refinancing to get the lowest interest rate possible. What credit score do I need to get the lowest rate?

Yeah, but given how rates have fallen over the last 2 months, best to refi now!!!!

By the time you get your score higher, rates may be higher as well
