why TurboTax overcharge me $44.99 for state tax efile(GA) instead of list price $24.99? thanks

Hi there,

     Before I efile my GA state taxt, the TurboTax(home &business version 2017) told me that I would pay $24.99 and I was required to sign in.   I signed in and I was required to pay $44.99.

     why TurboTax overcharge me $44.99 for state tax efile(GA) instead of list price $24.99?

 

    This is my overcharge order:

     Total charges: $44.99
     Payment method: [removed]
