Are my legal fees tax deductible if my ex breaches divorce settlement and I have to contact my lawyer to sell the house?

I had to provide my lawyer the snippets of money my ex paid but not according to the divorce settlement scheduled amounts and I had to go back and forth with explanations of the money he did pay with my lawyer.
