Can my parents claim rent paid for me to attend university?

I did not work and my parents paid for my living expenses and rent. Can my parents claim for my rent and my living expenses on their income tax while i was living on university campus?

    No. Unfortunately, your parents cannot claim your expenses on their tax return.
