how do i get turbo tax to pull in the caregiver credit? i checked the box and its not giving the credit

I have tried the instructions for the OnLine version but still my spouse does not show as a dependent when I try to complete the CCC section.

@webbia To claim the Canada caregiver credit for a spouse in TurboTax Online, select My Info > [Spouse]'s Personal Tax Profile from the left side menu. Then click "Edit" next to Other credits & deductions. Scroll down to where it asks if your spouse has an impairment and select "Yes". Then check off the option for the Canada caregiver credit.
