Thank you for your reply! I was looking into using full service indeed, but was insure about being able to chat as I haven't been able to chat to someone directly using the chat I currently have available (it always asks me for a phone number so someone can call me). So, just to be absolutely clear: after I upgrade, I will be able to chat?

Yes, you should be able to chat and send messages within the product to your tax expert.
