Canada Revenue Agency mentions, "Costs of housekeeping, security monitoring, gardening, outdoor maintenance, or similar services are not eligible expenses to claim Home Accessibility Tax Credit. If you have removed a tree from your property, it would be considered a cost of outdoor maintenance. Therefore, you can not claim your expense while filing your taxes this year.
