Question

I have entered (substantial) capital loss in 2022 in T1A and want to claim capital loss carry back against 2021 gains. System is still showing 0 dollar REFUND, why ?

In my question, System refers to the Turbo Tax software I am using to prepare 2022 tax return.

    If you had a loss in 2022 that you carried back to 2021, then you won't see a change on your 2022 return. The CRA will change your 2021 return.
