I was living in USA till November and moved to Canada on Dec 5th. What is income from foreign sources?

My spouse lives and works in USA, what should I mention as the income for foreign sources for him.
Also my mailing address in Canada changed in between - I am not able to sign in to CRA website to add the latest address.
What should I mention in Did you have expenses related to your employment?
