Question

1099-B lists the sale of RSUs vested Dec '23, sold Jan '24. This acquisition is not in box 14 of my '24 W2. T-Tax keeps saying disposition amount "needs review". Why?

The Jan '24 sale is one of 3 listed in 1099-B. Two additional acquisitions and sales in '24 equate to W2 Box 14. I can't figure out why TurboTax keeps saying "needs review" regarding box 14. Should I remove the Dec '23 acquisition / Jan '24 sale?
