On form 1099 DIV in box 7, how do I find out what the Foreign source amount is to be entered?

From box 7 on your 1099-DIV of course.   The 1099-DIV issuer enters it.   I don't understand your question.

Turbo Tax is requesting an amount in a space labeled in box 7. Foreign source amount included in dividends (7d) is what they are asking for. Above that they already have the actual tax amount filled in. I assume they maybe want the amount the taxes were paid on? I just have no idea where to find such information.

I don't know where you are seeing that.   On the 1099-DIV screen just enter the amount into box 7 that is on your 1099-DIV.  I tried it an don't get any additional questions.
