I’ve just imported my Robinhood tax docs into Turbotax. Turbotax is at the point that it wants you to review the imported data. I am looking at the 1099-DIV "State taxes" section for review. Looking at my 1099-DIV robinhood provided doc, I can’t seem to find boxes 14 -16 in regards of state taxes. I do see this section in my 1099-DIV:

STATE TAX WITHHELD
Use the details of the State TaxWithholding page(s) to determine the appropriate amounts for
your income tax return(s). The amounts shown in this section are for your reference.
1099-DIV total withheld 0.00
1099-INT total withheld 0.00
1099-OID total withheld 0.00
1099-MISC total withheld 0.00
1099-B total withheld 0.00

I am aware within TurboTax, in the 1099-div entry section regarding the state taxs it says, "Leave blank if empty on your form."

Well, its not empty more like missing, so a matter of difference in word interpretation on my behalf perhaps?

I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything... I live in IN if that helps

I highly appreciate any info. Thanks

You're not missing anything.  14 to 16 are used for special state information if there is any.  In your case the entire 1099 will transfer to your state return with no special information necessary.  Leave those blank and you're good to go.
