1099 nec for Rental, TT glitch,

I have a rental property. I made no payments to contractors requiring a 1099nec, but Turbo tax is giving me an error in the Final Review unless I check yes on Schedule E worksheet regarding payments requiring a 1099.

If you did not pay contractors you can click NO.

I did click no but TT gives me an error when I do. I have spent 5 hours on the phone with various experts from TT in the last 2 days trying to fix this and no one has been able to. Has anyone had this same problem?

Did you try deleting the 1099-NEC and typing it back in?
