Question for 1099-SA. If I have received a distribution from HSA in March-2023 for medical expense occurred in 2022 . In this case HSA sends a corrected 1099-SA for 2022  year filling Or  I will get 1099-SA next year (2024) for 2023 filling yr which will have March-2023 distribution.

Since you took the distribution in 2023, you will receive a Form 1099-SA for 2023 to be reported on the 2023 tax return.  It does not matter what medical expenses the distribution covered, only that it was used to pay qualified medical expenses.

Since the distribution was taken in 2023, there is nothing that you need to report on your 2022 tax return with regard to that distribution.  Just be sure that you do not include that reimbursed expense as a medical expense for your 2022 Schedule A Itemized Deductions.

See the following TurboTax help content for more information about Form 1099-SA distributions:

Qualified medical expenses do not need to be incurred in the current year. A distribution from an HSA or MSA can be used to pay or reimburse expenses in any prior year as long as the expenses were incurred after the plan was established and the expenses were not previously reimbursed or taken as an itemized deduction.
