Boxes 1 through 16 are blank on my 1099B what do I do?

    Those are all the reporting boxes on the form, so if they are blank there is nothing to enter in TurboTax. You should contact the broker who issued you the form and request clarification as to why it was issued to you. If there is reportable income that is missing from the form, you need to report it on your tax return.
