2024 1099 Robinhood not importing

I am not able to import Robinhood 1099 information when using master account number and document id. I am getting below error message.

 

"There isn't any tax related info to import right now . No problem - we'll help you enter the information and continue with your return."

    contact Robinhood.  while 1099s may be issued the electronic files needed for import may not be available until a later date or perhaps with a master account you need to import from the subaccounts
