I keep getting the same error message when trying to download my 1099 B from Ally Financial.  Script error, cannot read pdf.  This is the first time I have ever had a problem downloading since a decade ago.  What gives.

Have you tried the import recently? This section of TurboTax has been updated in the week since you posted your question. Also, did you receive a copy of Form 1099-B from Ally Financial? You might confirm with the broker that the PDF is available for importing.

Thank you everyone for your input.  I finally got the CORRECT response from Ally.  You have to import from Apex clearing, NOT Ally Financial.  Use account number and Tax ID number.  Should not have problems.  It is unfortunate that the information from Ally is not located anywhere and Turbo Tax also, does not provide that clarification.
